As soon as I receive your order details, information, and payment, I will begin processing and working on your order.
I accept credit cards, debit cards, and payments through PayPal or Etsy direct checkout.
Proofs for printed items are available upon request only at checkout. If you have requested one, please check back soon to approve it, I usually have them ready within a day of purchase.
Sales tax is added to your order if you live in the state of Alabama.
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
If you ordered a printed item from my shop, please make sure the shipping address on etsy is the correct one to send it to. Your order will be shipped via USPS first class or priority mail. Digital files will be send to the email address provided within 24 hours of purchase (or when I receive all your order details/personalizations/photo/etc.)
I currently only ship packages within the United States, but can email digital files to anyone within an outside of the US.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
All sales on digital files and printed items are FINAL! However, since most of my products are individually personalized, sometimes human error is involved on my part. If I made the mistake, please let me know and I will ship your replacement product out as soon as possible, OR offer a full refund.
I love special requests! If you have an idea for a product that you don't see in my shop, please don't hesitate to ask. I would love to try and fulfill it!
